As we grow our commercial team, we’re looking for a rising star in sales - someone who lives and breathes partnerships, has already landed a few real deals, and is hungry to do more.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us bring new brands into the HEROIC ecosystem. You’ll support and drive new business efforts, particularly across non-endemic industries like FMCG, Automotive, Travel, and more.
You’ll be expected to prospect, pitch, and help close commercial deals, working closely with senior leadership and marketing to craft smart, tailored solutions for global brands looking to engage with esports audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential brand partners across target industries.
- Help lead partnership sales efforts from pitch to deal signing.
- Support creation of decks, outreach material, and custom proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current partners.
- Attend key events, calls, and meetings as a representative of the HEROIC brand.
- Stay on top of esports, sponsorship, and marketing trends to inform outreach.
Requirements:
- You’ve got 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or brand development.
- You’ve landed real deals in esports or traditional sports and understand the sales cycle.
- You’re a world-class deck-creator, able to create innovative and creative pitches in a fast paced environment.
- You’re a great communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and create opportunities.
- You have a growing network in industries like FMCG, Automotive, Travel, or tech-or the hustle to build one.
- You have prior work experience in a commercial agency (preferred but not required)
- You’re organised, proactive, and coachable, with a love for learning and a bias for action.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, etc.
- You’re a nice person - we care a lot about chemistry and collaboration.
- You’re open to eventually relocating to Oslo, our HQ, to be a core part of the team.
