🔥 The Role

As Data & Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing HEROIC’s partner relationships, ensuring smooth delivery across all commercial commitments. You’ll be the go-to person for reporting, data insights, and partner support, helping us keep our decks, reports, and performance tracking sharp and impactful.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in account management, data/reporting, or partnership support, who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow in the fast-moving esports industry.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Act as day-to-day contact for selected partners, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.
  • Support delivery of partnership activations and ensure all commitments are met.
  • Handle monthly and campaign-based reporting for partners, using both internal and external data sources.
  • Track HEROIC’s general data (social, viewership, campaign performance, etc.) and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Analyze and visualize data to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain and regularly update HEROIC’s partnership decks, case studies, and reporting templates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, brand consistency, and high presentation quality.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and content teams to gather relevant information for reporting and partner servicing.
  • Identify areas where data can improve performance and storytelling.

✅ Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in account management, partnerships, data/reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a creative approach to presentation.
  • Proficiency with presentation software, Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Interest and experience in esports, sports, or digital media is preferred.
  • You’re a nice person-we care a lot about chemistry and collaboration.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
