After two years in the game, HEROIC is closing their Fortnite division which means we also have to say goodbye to Th0masHD.
Thomas is one of the best and most consistent players in the Fortnite competitive scene, competing in every single Major LAN Finals with only a single exception since he started his career. We will miss cheering on his incredible second place-finishes and hope that he enjoys his ‘move to an actual esport’ when the time is right.
Jokes aside, Thomas managed some incredible achievements under the HEROIC banner, including 2nd place at the FNCS 2024 Global Championship and Major 1 of 2023, a top 4 at Dreamhack Dallas and the Esports World Cup 2024 and became Danish Esports Star of the Year after peaking at the number 1-ranked player in the world back in 2023.
"I have had a great time as a player on HEROIC. Everyone has been so nice, helpful and supportive of me since the start. I’ve had some really good times with HEROIC too, especially travelling to Dallas and Saudi to compete in the ESL circuit. I'm so grateful for these memories and I wish nothing but the best for everyone in HEROIC.
We’re grateful for all of Thomas’ contributions under our banner and wish him the best of luck in his next endeavours. As a hard-worker and unbelievable talent, we’re sure he’ll fit in wherever he goes next.
