HEROIC Academy Returns

After three months of scouting, we’ve finally finished assembling our new HEROIC Academy lineup! Please join us in welcoming:

Whilst our goal of developing a pathway for the promotion of academy talent to our starting roster remains the same, for this new squad, we’ve shifted our focus to finding even younger, lesser-known players in order to help their development from the very start of their careers. Whilst our previous lineup was centred around four, relatively established academy-level players, everyone in our new project resides in the age range of 15-18, and aside from St0m4k, who is returning from the previous iteration of the roster, none of our players have more than three recorded matches on HLTV.

The duo of Yoghi and HOLY both join us from a local Romanian team, Insiders Esports. Coincidentally, we’ve crossed paths with the pair before as they competed in HEROIC’s own Frag Fest tournament earlier this year, taking home 2nd place. They also carry with them some LAN experience as they competed at DracualaN Season 1, something the boys will be looking to leverage this as we return to the tournament on December 17th for our first officials as a squad.

Hrdina is a young Solvakian talent, reaching 4,100 ELO and ranking top 300 on EU Faceit at just 15 years of age. With no previous team experience, we’re excited to start from scratch in moulding such an impressive youngster.

With many moving away from the AWP in CS2, we were lucky to sign our new Polish sniper in Muciek. Muciek has previously found success in online competition, winning the UNMUTED My Cup, and has been in the top 1000 players of EU Faceit for the past 3 seasons demonstrating his consistency.

And finally, St0m4k will be looking to continue building on his strong foundations from the previous squad and help the new players integrate into the lineup with our coach and GOAT stand-in, doto.
