We are accelerating our growth agenda with an ambitious business developer

As Business Development Manager / Lead in Heroic, you will play a central role in our strategy and expansion initiatives, side by side with our management team. You will be leading some of our most exciting projects, together with cross-functional internal teams, also with several of our strategic partners. We hope to attract an ambitious management consulting profile, with a +3-year proven track-record working in a high-performance environment. The candidate should have experience from managing teams, be proactive and self-driven from planning to execution, and be a strong conceptual and analytical thinker with a strategic mindset. Experience from esports or adjacent industries (media, traditional sports etc.) is considered positive, but most importantly we are looking for a strong spark and genuine interest for shaping the esports industry - with all the amazing opportunities that lies ahead for Heroic. We also foresee to expand the business development function over time and are therefore looking for this position to develop into a functional leader within future business areas currently being developed.
