HEROIC makes Dota 2 history
HEROIC’s Dota 2 squad, spearheaded by the new addition of David "Parker" Nicho Flores, just became the first South American team to win an international LAN event, taking down Team Falcons 3-1 at PGL Wallachia Season 2.
"Parker" didn’t just show your average MVP performance, he dominated his Grand Finals debut with a 60/10/64 KDA, including 53 kills in just the first 3 games! Not even lag could stop him.
This run was a peak HEROIC Dota. Wins over Tundra, NAVI, Azure Ray, and a sweet, sweet revenge victory against the favourites in Falcons in the grand final. That BO5 was better than the TI final. Ask literally anyone.
Special shoutout to Coach "Mangusu" for winning on his home turf of Romania and to "Davai Lama", now officially the first Belgian to go from “MMR tourist” to LAN champion.
This was HEROIC's weekend. Playoff runs in CS2, PUBGM, and our first trophy of the year with Dota 2. Congrats to the Kings of South America. Keep following us for more history in the making - 'cause we’re not done yet.
